MANILA--Ev Ting rocked the Stadium Negara in his hometown of Kuala Lumpur after walking away with a close win over Iranian opponent Kamal Shalorus in the headliner of One: Throne of Tigers on Friday night.

Ting's striking game turned out to be enough to beat Shalorus' brilliance on the ground via split decision.

In the post-fight interview, however, the Malaysian MMA star did not hesitate to tell who he wants to battle next.

“Eduard Folayang, I am coming to your home to take your belt. See you on April 21st,” he said.

Meanwhile, Filipino pugs Roy Doliguez and Burn Soriano fell to their respective foes in the undercard.

Doliguez bowed down to Brazil's Alex Silva as the latter leaned on his polished ground game to never give his opponent an inch, eventually getting an armbar submission at the 2:36 mark of the third round.

Soriano, on the other hand, got a dose of his own medicine and was knocked out by Malaysia's Saiful Merican.

Soriano, who incurred a huge beating from Merican during the first round, decided to throw the towel just before Round 2 was about to start.

On the other hand, former UGB featherweight champion Ahmed Mujtaba suffered his first loss in his career after Keanu Subba took a guillotine choke submission win at the 2:56 mark of the very first round.
