LUCENA—Maverick Ahanmisi successfully defended his PBA All-Star Obstacle Challenge title after completing the challenge in a flawless manner at the Quezon Convention Center on Friday.
The Rain or Shine guard completed the course in 25.8 seconds, beating San Miguel's Alex Cabagnot, who also completed a perfect game, by 0.9 second.
Cabagnot edged Star's Alvin Abundo in a wild first round encounter to make the finals.
Emman Monfort of NLEX is third at 27.1 seconds, while Phoenix's RJ Jazul clocked in at 29.4.
Alaska's Simon Enciso is fifth at 37.8 seconds, while Ginebra's Sol Mercado, who eliminated last year's runner-up Stanley Pringle in the first round, is sixth at 38.4.
