MANILA--Kawhi Leonard equalled  his playoff career-high of 32 points to lead the Spurs to a 111-82 victory over Memphis Sunday (Philippine Time) in Game 1 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Leonard led a playoff-mode San Antonio challenge after the Spurs trailed by 13 points less than eight minutes into the game.

LaMarcus Aldridge added 20 points and Tony Parker chipped in with 18 as the Spurs cruised to an easy victory after a slow start.

Leonard accounted for 11 points in a 14-2 run that closed the third quarter and effectively blew the game open.

San Antonio finished it off with the first nine points of the fourth quarter and a 16-4 run to send the starters on both teams to the bench for some early rest.

Marc Gasol led Memphis with 32 points and Mike Conley added 13 for the cold-shooting Grizzlies, who shot 32.8 percent from the field over the final three quarters.

The Spurs and the Grizzlies will be back in action on Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. (Philippine Time).
