Another chapter in the epic Asian basketball rivalry between the Philippines and South Korea will unfold as LG Electronics presents the Asian Basketball Showdown pitting the respective countries' hottest professional teams, the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and the Changwon Sakers.
Another chapter in the epic Asian basketball rivalry between the Philippines and South Korea will unfold as LG Electronics presents the Asian Basketball Showdown pitting the respective countries' hottest professional teams, the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and the Changwon Sakers.
The battle between the Gin Kings and the Sakers will take place on September 9 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
“This is history in the making. We are treating Filipinos to a one-of-a-kind opportunity to witness firsthand the excitement of watching Korean and Filipino cagers clash at the hard court,” said LG Philippines managing director Sung Woo-Nam.
