La Salle coach Ramil De Jesus looks toward a higher notch of play for his De La Salle Lady Spikers come Wednesday against the NU Lady Bulldogs.
"Kailangan mas mataas na level," De Jesus described what he expects for his girls for their performance against the Lady Bulldogs in their 2:00 PM match-up at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan City.
La Salle needed four sets before trampling Adamson in their game last Sunday at the same venue, and De Jesus was not that pleased.
"Hindi masyado[ng masaya], pero importante pa rin yung result," De Jesus said of the win, eventually grading the team a six out of ten.
He looks forward at a competitive NU squad raring to bounce back from an opening night loss to Ateneo on Saturday.
"Hindi pwedeng petiks sa loob. Kailangan mataas na level ng laro," De Jesus said.
He also hopes that Cyd Demecillo will suit up after missing the Adamson game due to German measles.
In the nightcap at 4:00 PM, the Lady Eagles and the Lady Falcons will clash.
