Azkals team captain Rob Gier finds Vietnam the team to watch out in the AFF Suzuki Cup group stage starting this Saturday.

The defender thinks the crowd at the capital city of Hanoi will play a role in boosting up the Vietnamese squad for the Suzuki Cup.

"We will be playing in front of about 45,000 people. That makes [our match against Vietnam] very intimidating--the very hostile crowd."

Gier, however, later told a group of sportswriters that their focus is on their first match against Laos.

"The most important game for the moment is the first game [against Laos]. We have to go in there. We have to show everyone what we're about--that we mean business.

The Azkals will battle Laos on Saturday and will face Indonesia on November 25 before the Vietnam match on the 28th.
