Mike Tolomia delivered the needed punch in the second half to push the FEU Tamaraws to an 84-72 victory against the Arellano Chiefs in the nightcap of the PCCL semifinal games at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.
Tolomia scored all of his 16 points in the pivotal second half that helped give the Tams the upperhand for good as the Chiefs lost steam in the fourth quarter.
