Barako Bull and San Miguel agreed on a deal that sent Dennis Miranda back to the Beermen for Sol Mercado.
The trade that was approved by the Commissioner's Office will have Miranda, whose career was revived at the Energy side, returning to the team he helped lead to its last championship in 2011.
On the other hand, Mercado, who saw his numbers slip at San Miguel, will try to get back on his explosive self with Barako.
The trade was approved before the 12:00 PM trade deadline set by the league.
