Player agent Sheryl Reyes announced on the radio program Sports on Air that Michael Dunnigan will return to the Philippines to suit up for Ginebra for the PBA Commissioner's Cup.

Reyes revealed on the said radio program that the camp of the 6'9" Oregon University standout, who last played for Air21 in the 2013 edition, reached out to her as early as November.

She, however, had to wait for the conclusion of the NBA D-League Showcase, where Dunnigan currently plays alongside Fil-Am Stephen Holt for the Canton Charge, before doing the necessary procedures.

Dunnigan averaged 32.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game with the Charge.

Reyes also said that he is excited to play with his friend Jayjay Helterbrand, who invited him to Bible study.

Dunnigan is set to fly to the Philippines next week.
