San Miguel's Junemar Fajardo once again won the PBA Philippine Cup Best Player of the Conference after the announcement was made prior to Game 4 of the ongoing finals series between his team and Alaska.

Fajardo, the top pick of the 2012 PBA Draft, totaled 1,141 points after the stats, the media and the player votes were tabulated, besting second pick Calvin Abueva and fellow Beermen Arwind Santos and Alex Cabagnot.

Fajardo, who is also the reigning MVP, became only the third player to win the Philippine Cup BPC award twice and only the second player to do so in consecutive occasions after another Beerman, Nelson Asaytono, won in 1997 and 1998.

The Aces' Abueva finished second in the race after amassing 889 points, while Santos and Cabagnot got 382 and 362 respectively.

Ginebra's Greg Slaughter became the only player who does not play for either of the two finalists in the Top 5 as he finished fourth with 378 points.
