Global and Stallion drew their PFF-Smart Club Championship tie, 1-1, at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila City.
Landry Nguene equalized in the 72nd minute to save the Iloilo side from falling victim to the Leyte club, which drubbed M'lang, 10-0, in its last outing.
Satoshi Otomo put Global on the board after 59 minutes as he penetrated to the box from the right flank and delivered the opening goal.
Both clubs remained tied for first place with four points each. Global holds the tiebreaker as Stallion only won, 5-1, against Erco.
