The megabucks Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather dream match may have taken one more step closer to becoming a reality.

Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum told Kevin Iole of Yahoo that the nine-time world champ agreed in the terms laid down for the Mayweather fight scheduled on May 3 and is only awaiting for the latter's approval.

Mayweather's camp has yet to make a statement as of the moment.

However, Yahoo's sources told the news outfit that the sharing of the purse would be a 60/40 ratio in favor of Mayweather, ranging to $120 million.

The same sources also said that the fight may take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, USA. A spokesman for the said arena, however, told Yahoo that the management has yet to be reached out regarding the staging of the fight.
