PASAY--NU became the third team to enter the next round of the UAAP women's volleyball tournament with a 25-18, 22-25, 26-24, 25-19 against Adamson at the Mall of Asia Arena.
After conceding the second set and going through an extra point to take Set 3, the Lady Bulldogs took control of Set 4 as they broke out of a 7-all tie to finally take down the gritty Lady Falcons.
Jaja Santiago led NU with 25 points and made her 6'5 frame felt with six blocks. Rizza Mandapat added a career-high 12.
Mylene Paat made 15 for Adamson, which could be in danger of getting booted out pending the match between UP and FEU.
