Purefoods continues its hot start in the PBA Commissioner's Cup despite an import change with an 87-62 win against NLEX at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Even with Daniel Orton taking the place of Marqus Blakely, the Hotshots dominated the match as they led the Road Warriors from start to finish, even extending the advantage to as much as 30.
Orton, who formerly played for the Oklahoma City Thunder alongside Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, made impressive numbers in his PBA debut as he amassed 16 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, and three blocks for Purefoods, which tied fellow undefeated club Meralco at the top of the standings.
