KUANTAN--Global will banner a shorthanded roster as it plays Pahang in an AFC Cup showdown at the Darul Makmur Stadium Wednesday night.
The UFL club's website revealed that only 15 players will make the lineup that will play the Malaysian side as injuries struck some of its players.
Skipper Misagh Bahadoran will be out for the match, while Amani Aguinaldo and Patrick Deyto are not 100 percent.
"We have to look at our players and see if we have fitness issues," said Coach Leigh Manson.
Manson, however, assured that Global, which lost at home to South China two weeks ago, will do an impressive performance against Pahang.
"We'll be alright. We'll be OK. [We're] very proud to represent the Philippines, and we'll do our best. I think we got good players," he vowed.
