Mulders set to return to Ceres

MANILA--Ceres' UFL title bid gets a huge boost as Coach Ali Go told the press on Tuesday night that Paul Mulders will rejoin the club for the remainder of the season.

"Paul Mulders is coming back at 100 percent next week, so I think that's a big boost to us," said the league leader's chief tactician.

Go added that he will likely assign Mulders to backstop the fiery offensive line of Ceres led by Adrian Gallardo and Patrick Reichelt.

"We're gonna put him at the top where he is more comfortable, at the back of the striker," he specified.

Mulders will return from an injury that sidelined him for the first round. He will be reactivated just in time for the mid-season UFL Cup.

Go also revealed that the club will sign a "top-class" Spanish player during the transfer window, which will open on Wednesday.
