QUEZON CITY--Rain Or Shine brought out its brooms on Tuesday night.

The Elasto Painters completed a 3-0 sweep of their best-of-five PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinal series against the Meralco Bolts with a 107-98 Game 3 win at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Rain Or Shine held off a fightback from Meralco in the middle parts of the game and pulled away for good to punch the first ticket to the championship.

The Elasto Painters raced to a 30-11 lead in the first quarter before the Bolts slowly came back and took a 60-55 lead early in the third.

Rain Or Shine regained its form later in the third and delivered the final blow in the rest of the game.

Paul Lee had 23 points for the Elasto Painters, who may need to wait until Saturday before determining their finals opponents.

Cliff Hodge and Mark Macapagal each scored 20 for the Bolts, but their opponents succeeded in holding Gary David scoreless in the end.
