MANILA—Green Archers stepped on the gas early on and blasted Pasargad, 6-0, in their UFL Cup match at the Rizal Memorial Stadium on Sunday night.
Tating Pasilan opened the scoring for Green Archers just three minutes into the match after getting a long ball feed from Reynald Villareal.
Chieffy Caligdong made it 2-0 after converting a penalty in the 17th minute.
Villareal capped Green Archers' early surge with a 20th minute goal.
Robert Mendy led Green Archers' second half attack after scoring two goals in the 54th and 60th minutes before assisting on Manuel Chaffort's score two minutes into stoppage time.
