Perpetual Help mauls USJR, 77-59

SAN JUAN, MM--A day after getting a breakthrough win against EAC, USJR crashed back to reality by Perpetual Help after the latter's 77-59 win in their FilOil Flying V Preseason Premier Cup match at the FilOil Flying V Arena on Saturday.

Despite being error-prone, the Altas showed their dominance against the Jaguars as they quickly opened a double-digit spread and never looked back for their second straight win.

Rookie Bright Akhuetie tallied 19 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, two blocks, and two steals, while graduating Chris Elopre added 15 markers, four boards, two dimes, and a steal for Perpetual Help.

James Regalado and Iron Suano each made 11 points for USJR.
