DOHA--On the second match of their crusade for the Russia World Cup in 2018, the Philippine national football team will try its defiance against the lower-ranked Yemen in their away game on Wednesday (Philippine Time).
The Yemeni side tried its determination in the first round of the World Cup Qualifiers, where it easily beat Pakistan on their two-legged match held in Qatar, 3-0 on aggregate.
Meanwhile, the Philippines will test its heart to upbeat their foe without any familiar data and scout from them.
The Azkals will be without Stephan Schrock, who injured his knee early into their match against Bahrain in Bocaue on Thursday.
Due to unrest situation in their country, Yemen forced to hold each of its home games in Doha to preserve neutral and tranquility situation.
