QUEZON CITY--GlobalPort handed NLEX a bad beating with a 108-80 rout in their PBA Governors' Cup clash at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Friday night.
Leading from the start, the Batang Pier blew the game wide open in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Road Warriors, 38-21, for the 28-point winning margin.
Jarrid Famous led GlobalPort with 30 points, while Terrence Romeo added 22.
Asi Taulava overpowered Father Time anew as he tallied a team-high 23 markers for NLEX.
