SAN JUAN, MM--The San Beda-Perpetual Help match-up on Tuesday will more likely be highlighted by the battle in the paint between the pair of Ola Adeogun and Donald Tankoua and the tandem of Bright Akhuetie and Prince Eze.
But for Akhuetie, he is more concerned on the Red Lions' homegrown talents.
"It's not just [Ola and Donald]. The other guys [actually] do more damage," The 6-8 center told Dugout Philippines ahead of their 4 p.m. NCAA showdown at the FilOil Flying V Arena.
Akhuetie, who bagged the Player of the Week plum in the inaugural week, expects that the Altas will bounce back from a stinging loss to the Letran Knights on Thursday against the Red Lions, who since losing to the Knights have won two straight.
He vowed, "We're gonna do our part. I know the coaches will be happy if we will win."
In the curtain-raiser, JRU will try to stretch its own winning streak against a slumping CSB squad at 2 p.m.
