MANDALUYONG--Utah Jazz guard Alec Burks said to the press during the Gatorade Training Center that he is now fully healed from his left shoulder injury.
"I think it’s a hundred percent. I just got cleared a couple of weeks ago, so you know, just keep going at it. It’s time to take contact and just go from there," said Burks, who missed the remainder of last season after undergoing surgery on the said shoulder.
On the other hand, he is optimistic that the Jazz will return to the playoffs in the near future.
"Hopefully sooner or later[, we will make the playoffs again]. We just keep on working everyday," Burks continued.
Burks' return will further bolster the young core of Utah led by Gordon Hayward and Rudy Gobert.
