MANILA--Five days before the Azkals embark on another FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Uzbekistan, they will play a high-quality tune-up.
The PFF announced on Friday that the Azkals will face off with Maldives in a FIFA friendly on Sept. 3 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.
The Azkals got the better of Maldives in their last meeting when the Philippine team won in the semifinals of the AFC Challenge Cup last year, and they hope that they will repeat the said victory in their match set at 8 p.m.
The details for the ticket selling of the said match will be revealed on Monday.
