MANDALUYONG--Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James expressed his positive feedback on the Filipinos' love for basketball.

Speaking to the press during his Nike Rise tour on Thursday at the House of Rise, James said, “You can always relate to people who are passionate about the sport.”

James returned to the Philippines after two years to mentor the top 12 players from the Nike Rise program in a showdown against UAAP stars later Thursday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

With his second Philippine stop longer than his one-night only show in 2013, James will also invade Taguig on Friday as he will have a meet-and-greet session with the fans at the Nike Park in BGC before going to the Tenement to grace the reopening of its basketball court.
