MANILA--PBA Commissioner Chito Narvasa banned Spin.PH reporter Snow Badua in all PBA-organized activities for his tirades at Ginebra governor Alfrancis Chua.

In an official letter given to him on Friday, Narvasa said that Badua's comments on Chua "have caused distress, embarrassment, and disharmony with his family" and that they "have no factual basis."

The commissioner even described the reporter's actions as evil.

"It is only a concoction of an evil and malicious mind.... Your irresponsible and deplorable actions reveal an evil intention to gain support from the legions of fans of 3 teams of the PBA to create embarrassment, incite anger, and provoke hatred on Mr. Chua," the letter continued.

Narvasa also said in his letter that the league will notify all the 12 clubs about the ban and ask them not to get interviews with Badua

Copies of the letter were leaked online on Friday night.

The ban was meted after Badua posted some rants to Chua on Twitter on Sunday pertaining to what he thought was dubious personnel decisions including the barring of some of the stars of the San Miguel Corporation umbrella to join Gilas this year.

The decision came at the height of the issue regarding an alleged affair between Chua and PXC ring girl Abby Poblador.
