Zhai Xhaochuan top scored the Chinese contingent with 13 points, nine rebounds, and two steals, while three others led by NBA veteran Yi Jianlian added 12 markers.
Meanwhile, Amjyot Singh had a double-double of 24 points and ten rebounds along with two assists and two blocks for India in its own victory.
