SAN JUAN, MM--JRU's Teytey Teodoro had a not-so-good outing on Tuesday against CSB.
He only made five of 13 field goals and missed three of four free throws in the dying moments of the game.
But his final play mattered the most.
Teodoro scored on a breakaway layup with 15.8 seconds left to lift the Heavy Bombers over the Blazers, 73-69, at the FilOil Flying V Arena.
Teodoro stole the ball from Travis Jonson and went all the way for the easy deuce to make up for a late struggle from the stripe and seal the win for JRU.
The sophomore guard finished with 17 points, six rebounds, three assists, and two steals for the Heavy Bombers, who are now a game-and-a-half behind Perpetual Help for the last Final Four spot.
Jonathan Grey's 34-point outburst for the Blazers went for naught.
