PASAY--FEU banked on its balanced offense to pip Adamson, 82-69, in their UAAP second round meeting at the Mall of Asia Arena on Wednesday.

Unlike their first meeting, the Tamaraws this time got their offense going from the start and never let the Soaring Falcons score another upset.

Russel Escoto scored 13 points, four rebounds, and one steal for FEU, which is now assured of at least a playoff for one of the two twice-to-beat advantages in the Final Four.

Jerome Garcia had a game-high 16 markers, two boards, and two assists for Adamson, which is now officially eliminated from playoff contention.
