PARAÑAQUE--Three Filipino fighters will highlight the undercard matches of One's Spirit of Champions event on Dec. 11 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

One President Victor Cui announced on Wednesday at a press conference at the City of Dreams Grand Ballroom that rising MMA sensations Mark Striegl, Ana Julaton, and Ruel Catalan will join Brandon Vera in the Philippine contingent in the said fight night, where Vera will face off with Chi Lewis Parry for the inaugural One heavyweight championship.

Striegl, who won in his One debut earlier this year, will take on unbeaten Australian fighter Jordan Lucas in what could be an interesting bantamweight showdown with possible world title shot implications.

Julaton, on the other hand, will battle Russian striker Irina Mazepa, who seeks a second straight home crowd spoiler after knocking out Ann Osman in One: Tigers of Asia fight card at the latter's hometown of Kuala Lumpur on Oct. 9.

Finally, Catalan, who lost his last two bouts, looks to exact revenge on the returning Alex Silva for his brother Rene.

Meanwhile, to further promote his first world title fight in his colorful MMA career, Vera will visit various schools on Thursday.

Vera and One Vice President Rich Franklin will visit the City University of Pasay at 9:30 a.m. before heading to UP Diliman at 2 p.m.
