QUEZON CITY--Carlo Lastimosa may have outscored Terrence Romeo, but in the end, the latter's club prevailed.

GlobalPort staved off Lastimosa's best game in his young PBA career and pipped Blackwater, 120-105, in their Philippine Cup game at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday.

Romeo scored 15 of his 26 points in the second half to lead the Batang Pier's pull-away from the Elite, who kept the game tight in the first half behind Lastimosa.
