MANILA--The ABL announced its order to replay the final plays of the match between Mono Vampire and Hi-Tech Bangkok.

On Saturday, the league ordered both Bangkok-based clubs to restart the last 39 seconds of their Jan. 23 match-up on Feb. 19 at the Sripatum University Stadium.

A scoring discrepancy marred the climax of their game as the official scorer erroneously credited Mono Vampire's Pairach Sekteera with a free throw despite missing both of his charities in the play before the sequence in question.

The tabulator only admitted the mistake when there was only two seconds left on the clock and the game tied, 105-all, after a Michael Fey putback.

In the process, the scoreline was corrected to a 105-104 Hi-Tech Bangkok lead, prompting Mono Vampire to forfeit the game and eventually put it under protest.

The league approved Mono Vampire's protest, leading to the replay of the dying moments.

The replay will serve as a practice of sorts for Mono Vampire as the team will play Singapore later in the night.

On the other hand, the ABL suspended the said official scorer and the assigned match commissioner in that game for the rest of the season.
