JAKARTA--Luis Santos this time made sure his fight will go on.

The Brazilian MMA veteran made weight for his showdown with Rafael Silva in the main event of One: Tribe of Warriors at the Istora Senayan on Saturday night.

In the official weigh-in on Friday night, Santos, who lost his opportunity for a rematch with reigning One welterweight champion Ben Askren due to entering the weigh-in overweight last November, comfortably made the 185-pound limit, which is now the new ceiling for the welterweights because of One's new weight management rules.

The winner of the Santos-Silva match will take on Askren for the said belt.

The three Filipino fighters who are also scheduled for Saturday night also got the green light to play as Jimmy Yabo, Trestle Tan, and Rocky Batolbatol all made weight for their respective matches against Bashir Ahmad, Djatmiko Waluyo, and Anthony Engelen.

Crowd darling Angela Lee also made the cut for her match against Rebecca Heintzman, which will be the curtain-raiser of the fight night.

All fighters will still undergo one more weigh-in three hours before fight night to ensure their fitness.
