ANTIPOLO--San Miguel went on a third quarter barrage to maul Blackwater, 108-96, in a PBA Commissioner's Cup match at the Ynares Center on Wednesday night.

Engaged in a close match for most of the first half, the Beermen outscored the Elite, 34-18, in the third quarter to open a huge lead that the latter found too much to overhaul.

Tyler Wilkerson tallied 35 points, while Junemar Fajardo had 20 points on 7-of-14 shooting and seven rebounds for San Miguel, which scored its second straight win of the mid-season conference and got a morale boost in its upcoming showdown against unbeaten Meralco on Saturday in Legazpi.

Poy Erram and Carlo Lastimosa each scored 16 markers for Blackwater, which fell to 2-3.
