SAN JUAN, MM--After EAC pulled a breakthrough win against Coach Bo Perasol and UP, CSB immediately sent them back to earth with a 71-46 rout in their FilOil Flying V Preseason Premier Cup match at the FilOil Flying V Centre on Thursday.
The Blazers pounced the Generals defensively, liming them to only six points in the first quarter and seven in the fourth to snap a four-game skid to start the tournament.
Edward Dixon and Christian Fajarito each scored 12 points for CSB, which tied their victims at 1-4.
Hamadou Laminou fired 16 markers along with 12 rebounds, one assist, and two blocks, while Jerwin Guzman added 13 points and four rebounds for EAC, but no other player scored more than three points for them.
