MANILA--The PBA post-election transfer window stayed active on Wednesday as Phoenix was once again involved in a trade.
The Fuel Masters acquired Jonathan Uyloan from the GlobalPort Batang Pier and rookies Mark Cruz and Norbert Torres from the Star Hotshots.
They, however, gave up spitfire guard RR Garcia and big man Rodney Brondial to the Hotshots, who in the process also got Keith Jensen from the Batang Pier.
GlobalPort also did not exit the trade empty-handed as they will welcome back Yousef Taha while also saying hello to high-flying Ronald Pascual, both coming from Star.
The Hotshots gave Mark Barroca a new backup in the point guard position in the person of fellow ex-FEU King Tamaraw Garcia.
Taha, on the other hand, will be on his third tenure as a Batang Pier, while Cruz and Torres, who made some impression for the Hotshots, will continue to build on their respective pro careers with the Fuel Masters.
