SAN JUAN, MM—San Sebastian defeated an undermanned Perpetual Help side, 80-70, in their FilOil Flying V Preseason Cup match at the FilOil Flying V Centre on Friday.
The Golden Stags took advantage of the Altas not having Bright Akhuetie and Prince Eze by outrebounding them, 47-39, and forcing 23 turnovers.
Jerick Fabian and Alvin Capobres each scored 20 points for San Sebastian, which moved up to 3-3 in Group A.
Gab Dagangon led ten-man Perpetual Help, which lost for the second straight time after a 4-0 start, with 16 markers.
Akhuetie will play for Mighty Sports in the deciding game of the PCBL Finals later Friday.
