MANILA--JP Voltes thumped Nomads 5-0 in a UFL match on a hot Saturday afternoon at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium.
Just three minutes gone, JP Voltes took the lead off the free kick of Yu Hoshide who finds his teammate John Celiz for the goal.
JP Voltes doubled their lead in the 25th minute thanks to Takumi Uesato who skipped passed the Nomads keeper to score on the open net.
Uesato gave JP Voltes their third goal in the 39th minute off a counter attack.
Just three minutes from the resumption of the match, Alen Angeles gave JP Voltes their fourth goal of the match as he placed his shot from the edge of the box.
On the 69th minute, Alen Angeles scored again off a header on goal for the final tally.
