MANILA--The WSOF-GC announced on Saturday a four-man tournament for the promotion's first flyweight title that will kick off at its Philippine event at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on July 30.

American fighter Lawrence DiGiulio battles Brazilian foe Marcel Adur in one contest, while Japanese practitioner Yusaku Nakamura face off Australian opponent Tim Moore in the other tourney fight. Both matches will happen at the said fight card.

The winners of the said showdowns will vie for the flyweight championship at a later date.

“All four of these fighters have the potential to be world champions,” said WSOF-GC vice president for operations Jason Lilly.

All eyes, however, will be on DiGiulio and Nakamura, who could set up a rubber match against each other following what happened at their recent meeting.

"They had the Fight of the Night at WSOF-GC 2 in Japan back in February. Although Nakamura came away with the split decision victory, many people think DiGiulio won that fight. This could set up a rematch for a five-round war," Lilly revealed.
