MANILA--Citing multiple reports, two Nigerians, including a former UFL player, were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the police on Saturday.
Charles Ujam and Uche Adache were caught by QCPD's Station 6 attempting to sell P55 thousand worth of shabu.
Ujam was a common fixture in the UFL since 2012, when he was Pasargad's first-choice center-back as well as having a short stint with Nomads in the cup.
Both Ujam and Adache could face possible deportation if they are found violating RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
This was not the first time Ujam was nabbed by the police as he was also arrested for insulting a waitress at a bar in Manila in 2012.
