PASIG--Philip Paniamogan scored the game-winning three-pointer as Racal took solo first place in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup with a 90-88 victory over Phoenix at the Ynares Sports Arena on Tuesday night.

Paniamogan drilled in the go-ahead shot with 3.1 seconds left as the Tile Masters completed a comeback from a late seven-point deficit against the Accelerators.

Phoenix held an 83-76 advantage with 2:56 remaining in the game, but an 11-2 Racal run highlighted by back-to-back triples from Joseph Terso gave the team an 87-85 lead with 1:02 to play.

With Mike Tolomia fouling out, Ed Daquioag had to carry the Accelerators in the end, and he appeared to have done it after swishing a triple with 11.9 seconds left for an 88-87 lead.

But Paniamogan saved the day for the Tile Masters with his game-winner as the Accelerators failed to steal the win at the buzzer.

Paniamogan finished with 13 points, three rebounds, and two assists to backstop Dexter Maiquez, who had 19 markers, five rebounds, one assist, and one steal for Racal, which clinched the first semifinal berth.

RR Pogoy got 22 points, ten rebounds, one assist, four steals, and one block for Phoenix, which fell to a tie with Tanduay for third place.
