MANDALUYONG—Coach Leo Isaac wants to make sure Blackwater will reap long-term benefits with their two number one picks in the PBA Draft.

Speaking to some reporters during Day 2 of the draft combine at the Gatorade Hoops Center on Thursday, Isaac bared, "Magkakaroon kami ng meeting with the Blackwater team officials bukas, at gusto kong marinig ang opinion nila regarding sa magiging decision namin. Mahirap na isang tao lang ang nagde-desisyon. Mas magiging maganda ang decision namin kung maraming ulo ang gumagana."

However, for Isaac, one thing is for certain: "Sa Gilas special draft, locked na kami [kay] Mac Belo."

On why the Elite will pick the 6-foot-4 winger, Isaac explained, "Siya yung tanging player sa Gilas na nakapagpakita ng credential."

In fact, he also revealed that Belo will come to their practice on Friday

Regarding their other number one pick, the first pick of the regular draft, that is, Isaac said that he was impressed with Jammer Jamito, Joseph Eriobu, Raphy Banal, and Jonathan Grey during the combine while also baring that Grey and Chris Javier worked out with them prior to the combine and that Jamito will join Belo in practice on Friday.
