TAGUIG -- All geared up.
That is how the fourth edition of BGC CycleAsia Philippines kicks off this weekend after a fulfilling press conference at Seda Hotel.
The family-themed event on two wheels hosts not just the rides and races, but also features the Cycling and Lifestyle expo in which enthusiasts will find various deals from its exhibitors.
For Wilfred Uytengsu, whose Sunshine Events have partnered with Bonifacio Global City for the fourth consecutive year, he was nervous yet inspired to bring a huge number of riders to this event.
The Saturday sched will feature a kiddie ride but the event will be highlighted on Sunday, with a 40KM ride with three-time Tour De France Green Jersey winner Robbie McEwen, who will be also joined in the ride by MMDA chair Tim Orbos.
