Ravena named "developmental player" by Legends

MANILA--The Texas Legends are willing to help Kiefer Ravena chase his NBA dreams.

The Dallas Mavericks' D-League affiliate named the former Mighty Sports guard as one of its developmental players for the 2017 season.

While not part of the active lineup that will play in the D-League season, Ravena will join the team in practice while being honed into the NBA style of play, although he can be summoned to the active roster at any time.

Once the season is done, Ravena can be called up to Dallas' NBA Summer League team and may likely make the active Texas roster the year later.
