QUEZON CITY—Alaska pipped Ginebra, 101-86, in their PBA Philippine Cup meeting at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday night.
The Aces led from start to finish and even stretched the gap to as high as 30 early in the fourth.
The Barangay came to as close as 13 later in the fourth, but it turned out to be their last hurrah.
RJ Jazul buried five triples en route to a 16-point game for Alaska.
Kevin Ferrer also made five long toms and finished with 19 points for Ginebra.
