PASIG—La
Salle-Greenhills reigned supreme in the National Youth Futsal Cup at
the UA&P Gym on Saturday.
LSGH turned back
Malaya, 1-0, in a hard-fought boys final.
Vin Dela Cruz's lone
goal in the sixth minute proved vital for the Greenies as they
grabbed all the marbles in the intense championship match.
Meanwhile, Iloilo bagged the third spot in the division.
In the final of the
girls division of the tournament supported by the PFF, Allianz, and
Toby's Sports, Naga stunned Tuloy sa Don Bosco on penalties, 2-1.
Cordillera took third place.
