QUEZON CITY--Thailand ended its stint in the SEABA Men's Championship on a high note, turning back Singapore, 67-57, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday night.

The Thais held on despite a sluggish fourth quarter that saw them only making eight points as they limited the Singaporeans to only six in the final 10 minutes.

Chitchai Ananti led Thailand, which will finish in third place at 4-2, with 17 points, two rebounds, three assists, and one steal.

Kannut Samerjai added 15 points, four rebounds, and two assists for Thailand in a game where Coach Tim Lewis opted to sit out Wutipong Dasom.

Larry Liew tallied 17 markers and two steals for Singapore.
