MANILA--France clinched the last seat to the FIBA 3x3 World Cup quarterfinals with a 21-12 win over Romania in front of its raucous fans in Nantes on Wednesday (Philippine Time).
The Les Bleus started the game on a 5-0 blast and never looked back.
France, which finished its campaign in Pool B with a 3-1 record, joins Slovenia, which swept its own pool assignments, in the playoffs later Wednesday.
Romania, on the other hand, fell to fourth place at 1-3.
