MANILA--Tanduay bounced back from its stinging defeat to Cignal through a 75-60 rout of CEU in the main game of the PBA D-League Foundation Cup twinbill at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig on Tuesday.
The Rhum Masters outscored the Scorpions, 30-14, in the third quarter to turn a close first half to a blowout.
Lester Alvarez and Adi Santos each put up 16 markers for Tanduay with the latter coming close to a double-double after hurling nine rebounds as well.
Jay-R Taganas also came near to a double-double after grabbing 12 rebounds and eight points along with three assists and two steals.
Rod Ebondo did have a double-double for CEU, making 20 markers and 14 boards with one assist and two blocks.
