AirAsia gives out support to PH's SEA Games squad

MAKATI--AirAsia expressed its support for the Philippine athletes to the 29th SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur through the launch of "Dare to Dream" at the Draft GastroPub on Friday.

The Dare to Dream sports initiative aims to support and inspire athlete to discover its own potential peak aspiration into reality.

"The 'Dare to Dream' initiative is part of AirAsia continued commitment to grow the local sport scene. Through the web stories, we can sharing the hard work and passion that drives our athletes. We also want to gather support for them from every Filipino. We want everyone to watch them compete and cheer for them during this years SEA Game." said David Viray, AirAsia Brand Manager.

Former UAAP volleyball MVP and current Cocolife star Michele Gumabao will host the 2017 SEA Games updates.

Also present in the event was swimming team captain Jessie Lacuña, who was named one of the three new brand ambassadors for AirAsia. Star volleybelle Alyssa Valdez and long jump queen Maristella Sunang were also unveiled as the airline's new Philippine endorsers.
